Q. What are the yearly required fees?
A. Your monthly dues and your quarterly food and beverage minimum are your main fees. The only other required yearly fee is the range fee. This is to have great condition range balls on the range year round for you and your guests and to help with the upkeep of the practice facility.

Q. Does alcohol count towards my minimum?
A. No, although everything else does. Even what is bought from the beverage cart on the course.

Q. What are the locker fees?
A. Locker fees are $100 for a full locker.

Q. What is the yearly bag storage fee?
A. Yearly bag storage is $100.

Q. What is the yearly GHIN handicap fee?
A. Your GHIN # and maintenance fee is $30.

Q. Do I pay cart fees when I want to ride in a cart?
A. Yes, the cart fees are $18 for 18 holes and $9 for 9 holes.

Q. Can I ride or walk whenever I choose?
A. Yes. Polo Fields does not have stipulations on when you can
ride or walk.

Q. What are the guest fees for golf?
A. During the week guest fees are $49 and on the weekends (Fri., Sat., Sun.) they are $64.

Q. When is the restaurant open?
A. The dining room is open Tuesday through Sunday for lunch and dinner. The Dining Room opens at 11 am for lunch, 5 pm for dinner. The dining room will be closed on Tuesdays, November through March 2011.

Q. When are we billed?
A. You will get a statement in the mail that we mail out the first of every month.

Q. Can we pay our bill with a credit card?
A. Yes, but there is a 3% charge to pay with your credit card

Q. Can our guests pay for their golf and food?
A. Yes. We are a non-cash facility, but your guests may pay with a
credit card.

Q. With over 300 members is it hard to get tee times?
A. Not at all. You can make any tee time up to one week in advance.

Q. How do I meet the other members?
A. The best way is to play in our Wednesday night women’s league or Thursday night men’s league. Both are 9-hole events and set up for more of a social atmosphere.

Q. Is Polo Fields a membership-owned facility?
A. No, we are not an equity club.

Q. Can I use a room at Polo Fields for a party?
A. Of course. As a member you can use the clubhouse anytime (depending on room availability) at no additional charge as long as we cater the event. If you choose to outsource the catering, there is a small rental fee depending on the amount of time and people.
